Composer Robert Wright is probably best known for the adaptation and original writing he and partner George Forrest did for the wonderful musical KISMET. He also wrote the lyrics for THE DONKEY SERENADE. He entered TIGdom when he wrote the song FOREVERMORE which was performed in THE WOMEN (1939). Lest you think every song was a gem, he also wrote BRAZILIAN COTILLION for the film BLONDIE GOES LATIN. When I posted Forrest’s birthday, we used a photo of the young team from the 1930s. Now we go with the older 1950s team. Wright is on the left.
