Sylvia was a newspaper ad model, Verena (also known as Renee) would later be an extra in Ginny’s BEST FOOT FORWARD and be one of Ginny’s regular chaperones during vaudeville days, George would be married briefly to Doris Day, and the three brothers would play in several well known bands like Les Brown’s and Stan Kenton’s and then perform together as the Weidler Brothers, the Wilder Brothers, and the Sounds of Sunshine. They also owned their own recording studio and produced the Newton Brothers, Wayne and Jerry, before Wayne became a solo act.
